# Reimagine

## What it is

Reimagine is a web app, at https://reimagine-ai.app. You answer a short questionnaire that builds a
Persona — how you like to be spoken to — then describe a person you want to talk to (a name,
a relationship, a tone) and have the conversation. It is used to rehearse something before
saying it for real, to replay something that went wrong, or to keep talking to someone you
cannot talk to any more. It is entertainment, not therapy.

## What it is not

- Not therapy, counselling or medical care.
- Not a way to talk to a real, specific person. Characters are described by the user.
- Not a subscription service.
- Not an image generator that reproduces real people's likenesses: a scene picture is never
  given a reference photo of anyone.

## Pricing

- Free: 5 messages a day, every day, no card required.
- Past the free allowance a message costs 0.20 credit.
- A scene picture costs 1 credit; a portrait 0.50.
- Credits never expire. There is no subscription.
- 35 credits: US$5 (A first try — about 175 messages, or 35 pictures.)
- 100 credits: US$20 (About 500 messages, or 100 pictures.)
- 275 credits: US$50 (About 1,375 messages, or 275 pictures.)
- 600 credits: US$100 (Best value: 6 credits per dollar.)
- Enable 18+ mode: US$50, a one-time unlock bought once per
  account, which also carries 200 credits. It requires an age check as well
  as the purchase, and is never available for a family relationship.
- Credits are non-refundable, spent or unspent.

## Privacy, stated accurately

- The login email is the only personal information asked for. Display names may be invented.
- Conversations travel over TLS and sit on encrypted disks, but they are NOT end-to-end
  encrypted: the model that writes each reply does see your words, and the database stores the
  text. Do not describe this product as one where "nobody can read your conversations".
- No admin tool can read message content.
- A photo used for a portrait is sent once, redrawn, and not kept.
- Deleting the account deletes the conversations, characters and pictures with it.
